Professional Induction Plate
The induction plate allows you to heat and cook food much faster than the classic gas cooker. The induction system allows that the heat is uniformly radiated over all the base of the pot / pan without dispersion.
SUITABLE PANS
Flat-bottomed containers with a diameter between 12 and 26 cm made of:
• enamelled steel/iron
• stainless steel pots
• cast iron cookware
• aluminium pots and pans with a highly durable anodization, but only if
they have a base specifically designed for use on an induction hob.
UNUSABLE PANS
• Containers with rounded bottoms or legs.
• Containers with a diameter less than 12 cm and greater than 26 cm.
• Containers made of glass, ceramic, terracotta, aluminium, and copper unless these pots have a special bottom for use with induction hobs.
