The knack of crepes

The Easy Crep’ crepe batter spreader is Krampouz’s patented crepe maker accessory that helps you make even, round crepes and buckwheat crepes. Spread beautiful crepes with ease!
The kit contains a stainless-steel spreader, measuring ladle, beechwood spreader, beechwood spatula, cleaning brush and water tray.
The spreader should not be used on enamelled cast iron plates.

Advice on use and maintenance

Add a ladle of batter in a single pour into the “EasyCrep'” spreader – without trying to spread it – and immediately rotate the spreader clockwise. You should complete one full rotation in 2 to 3 seconds. Gently continue rotating in order to distribute any excess batter remaining in the “EasyCrep'” spreader, then return the spreader to the water tray. You can also spread this excess batter using the wooden spreader.

Wash your kit accessories with clean water before using them for the first time, and then after each use, and wash the stainless-steel spreader in soapy water.
