4×5 Liège waffle maker, 90° opening

The 4×5 waffle (made on a plate with 4 by 5 squares) is thicker and longer than the traditional Liège waffle, for an even more indulgent treat. A Belgian speciality, this waffle is slightly caramelised on the outside and features a distinctive irregular shape and pearl sugar grains.
