The Standard electric crêpe maker for professionals has been designed for occasional usage. This appliance is perfect for caterers who do not specialise in pancakes, as well as for snack food service. The exclusive plate design features inset elements with ceramic beads to deliver excellent precision and even heat distribution.
The control knob, custom designed to be sturdier and less likely to pull-of, are labelled from 50 °C to 300 °C for precise temperature control. The heavy-duty machined cast iron plate is shockproof.
