Raclette scraper
These dough scrapers / dough cutters are made of food-safe plastic (PP) in an elegant black color. They have a particularly useful scraping edge, which makes work easier and is highly appreciated by professionals.
The material in this series also contains specially injected metal threads that are recognized by detectors. They are therefore particularly suitable for use in industrial production to minimize the safety risk.
The dough scrapers are heat-resistant up to approx. +105°C and can be cleaned quickly and easily after use under hot running water or in the dishwasher.
